Well, had a few more hours at it today.
Got the sides batterned and roof plates on and squared and centred, ties all the structure below together as well.

Pictured here is McHulls great, great grandad, Isombard Kingdom McHull, deciding where to build his next suspension bridge shortly after winning the Waterloo cup !
I like those southern rural accents, Devon, Cornwall, Suffolk, Norfolk…..
Same as Cumbrian isn’t as coarse as the NE…..
They are accents that are just nice to hear.
Is it slagging him off mate or is it just finally being honest with ourselves about stuff ?
I have no doubt Farage will get elected and in fact I want him to get elected…..but for way too long we all thought “that it then, let’s all crack on” every time a new prime minster was elected….
But now I think it’s a good thing we are having a much more critical look at everybody and being honest about there benefits but also their limitations…..none of these people are our friend, they are our employee and we should treat them as such.
It’s just a box mate and then I will demarcate the areas with furniture.
But I’ve left two big walls without any windows as that makes the space more useable, doors and windows all over the show eat space mate…….windows and log burner will be all on one side.
Well finished up about 20 minutes ago, just plodded along on my own and managed to get a bit done.
All sheathed and wrapped ready for the roof to go on…..probably start making that tomorrow.
They will come in handy for sitting in the car park of the local Co-Op in a make believe Tesla and spotting the prices of sun cream for the make believe odyssey to Miami without ever having to leave your make believe seat ! lol
Good shout mate, boards work out at 1220mm and the drop is 2440mm so in theory there is a full noggin fixing every 400mm both upper and lower boards……if that makes sense ? lol
