    Todd, fair play to you......you have an extra thing in your life that makes you feel human in a way that you cant explain to someone who dont have it..........good for you.     Would you vary your methods for different breeds? A terrier type always benefits from a firm hand and clear boundries, its what they understand best in their small thuggish little brain (imho) where as, as we all know, taking a tough line with a saluki type is mostly a waste of time and counter productive (same for almost any dog with saluki in the mix) Manwork dogs (again jmho) require mostly trained with your mind with the VERY rare instance of firm hand thrown in now and again.     Indeed they are and no one is coming to give anyone a medal for soldiering on ............imho this dog, if it is a headcase, should not still be around. It would be a disaster if it got lined. Its easy to form an opinion about the owner from a few posts, and I am as guilty as the next bloke of doing it, but without more info you would never know. What I do know is, this sounds like a total f*****g nut of a dog and it should be...........gone.

    Why dont you want to say where you got the dog?............bought from known stuff or from an advert?, what age did you start the dog?, do you take the dog out regular on your own or are you always in company? Did you know the parents? You have give us all chapter and verse on everything else, why not the dogs history?

    Just my opinion, but none of this sounds purely down to just the owners............this sounds like unsound stock, did you know the blood behind your dogs before you got them lads?

    Joking aside, this could actually be a really interesting post............if all you say is true can you tell people about where the dog came from, what age it was started, what age it is now etc Did you know the breeding behind the dog or buy it from an advert? You never know, you may do someone a favour.

    Never mind the Spanish, what about those f*****g jocks?...........every year you see them in groups of up to 70,000.........drinking and laughing and singing while a group of dumb animals are slaughtered without mercy. Its cruel and inhumane to watch but they think of it as entertainment..................I feel sorry for the footballers in the team! :laugh: :toast:

    It will cost a few people their living, the bulls are bred at special ranches out there.........some very old families, traditions and ranches. Some of the matadors are from a long line of matadors...............shame when peoples traditions are destroyed. Its not my cup of tea, but then I dont suppose lurcherwork is many other peoples cup of tea

    Haha.........when folk very kindly offer me a night out, 99.9% of the time I will politely decline.........now I know why. I have not met Dotty or CH, I saw a really nice looking dog at the East Essex Hunt Show, it looked young but it looked like it would make some beast of an animal, it really was a nice looking beast. Someone told me the bloke holding the dog was CH, so if that is the type he breeds then fair play to him, they certainly look the part. Hedz and Dotty very kindly offered me a night out, which I am grateful for, but as I explained to them I never go out with people I d
