    Dry your eyes boys, I happen to think its a gen comment.....it's a harsh lesson and obviously gutting for the lad but it's a lesson none the less. It also makes good sense to not walk your dog on fields that have roads next to them if there are rabbits in the banks......that also is an accident waiting to happen......I have had a dog round down a banking and across a slip road in persuit of a rabbit. Innocent mistakes, but mistakes all the same.

    Sorry Wilf but you just are not getting it. Road tax pays for roads !!! no chance bud. You think that paying for nothing is fair, so there is no point in me trying to convince you otherwise. SImple fact is we all have to contribute or the country would be f****d, simple,. unfortunately some people convince themselves that its OK to just let everbody else pay, and justify it to themselves buy getting BUPA. By the way, almost everything you have stated above is incorrect. Road tax don't pay for roads?.....well what's it for then?......surely if I am being sold something it's illeg

    Council tax pays for the old bill Road tax pays for the road I pay business rates but I don't get f**k all for my money, not even my bin collected I have to pay to take my business rubbish to the tip Social development ?....no sorry, you got me there, I have absolutely f**k all idea what that means or is?     Strickly thats not true, its his money so he is not thieving anything, the way I look at it is in any other walk of life you want value for your money.........we obviously DONT get that from the state but they put a big gun to your head and say "you have to pay" and they make up the amount!! The real scandal is that folk have to pay so much if you ask me!! Really ?? So he doesn`t steal the local amenities that he uses, ??     I agree on both the fact that it is out of control, and that it's not very good. However, i don't like the idea of ending up like the states. Free medical care is a brilliant thing, it's just a shame so many folk abuse it. I agree mate, the theory is fantastic and I am all for the most vulnerable people having access to free health care......but as with most nationalised industry's the service is shite. If the NHS was a carpentry service and your door fell off they would say " wait 3 weeks and see if it sorts it's self out" ???.....then they would come round 3 times and tin

    If folk had to pay to see a GP instead of all these dopy c**ts who are sat down there at the first sign of a runny nose, or a bumped big toe or the slightest ache or pain it would free up GPs to spend more time on people who actually need it, do a better job and have a lot less on their plate. Thus they would work less and provide a better service......so they wouldn't have to feel bad about having to contribute more Money into their pension instead of me having to do it!
