    The Combined Clubs Dog Show and Northern Ireland Champion of Champions Saturday 7thSeptember 24 Laurencetown is famous for its green fields, ancient buildings, walled gardens and extensive lawns stretching down to the River Bann. But as well as these famous landmarks, Laurencetown can add another string to its bow by adding the annual Combined Clubs Dog Show and Northern Ireland Champion of Champions to its attractions and venue.     THE BURREN WORKING DOG SHOW AND RACE DAY SATURDAY 27th JULY 24 The Burren is a quiet rural countryside nestling in the shadow of the beautiful Mourne Mountains and lies between Warrenpoint and Mayobridge. This was the beautiful setting for the now annual Burren Working Dog Show and Raceday Saturday 27th July 24. And what a day that was. With the exception of a few light showers, the sun shone all day.     THE GLENSHANE WORKING DOG SHOW AND RACEDAY SUNDAY 7th JULY 24. Up with the lark on Sunday morning just as dawn was breaking and in a very short time we were heading up the road to meet with some friends and then on to the beautiful Maghera countryside and the venue for The Glenshane Working Dog Show and Race Day. And what a day and venue that was. I said this last year and I will say it again this year, this is one of the best venues in Ireland to hold a dog show in.
