    I can honestly say in my lifetime I have never been able to tell how a lurcher performs in the field by looking at it or feeling it. Scares mean nothing as to a dogs working standard especially if its not worked on quarry which bite back not all dogs are or should I say were!!! So what does that leave the judge to judge a working dog on? personel preference with looks and physical condition if its done honestly.
