Always good to see the grey population thinned out
Sounds like you've a fair bit of shooting left around there. They're getting a bit thin on the ground & wiley on a shoot of mine. Just waiting for the new litter to show up
Yeah, but it would be a pain in the arse for zeroing or practice with such a small shot count & how many would be consistent shots?
Might be worth looking at the S200 if you're after a smaller, lighter type of gun
(Edit for spelling)
Was going to ask that.. & at least three?
If you're lucky you'll be able to push them out yourself. Maybe better taking it to your local gun shop though.
Most will be suitable for both mate; although I wouldn't want to take a Steyr hunting
I assume you'll want a multishot? AA 410, BSA S10? Try a few out & see what you think
Good luck
I wouldn't be prepared to pay anything for shooting pests which you are legally obliged to control. The start of a slippery slope imo
i control pest, vermin myself & not just my land, not a lot of people are fortunate to have land to shoot with live quarry,£35 is a start price thats why i asked for peoples comments if the price needs to come down then it may do,you would pay more than that to watch a premier football match or go to a theme park, you also pay your local council to takeaway your rubbish & clear pests but do you quibble about that ? & do you get any enjoymen
That's what has led me to getting a PCP. Until now I've used a V-Mach tuned .22 Longbow but I now have a .177 S400 with wich I am more consistently accurate
Advert played on ceramic tiles:
"Just look here, lend an ear, you'll appreciate this beer, it's not run of the mill I say. For it is such, ask my Old Dutch, that it can't be praised too much, get tulips around a pint today"
Next line anyone?
I think it's the violent crime reduction bill mate. Stops the sale/transport from RFD's to private customers I think.
The bright colour business relates to airsoft stuff I think (not sure though).
There is a thread or two further down this page, one by Portland Jon, relating to legal "workarounds".
HTH
Add to that the fact that it wasn't even the parents who went to check on them every time.
I hadn't realised they had done this for the whole holiday
Why bother taking the kids at all? Leave them with family if you don't want them hindering your evenings.
Portugal is a very child friendly, family orientated place, they welcome children in most restaurants; why not take them with them?
If they were too young & it was too late DONT GO OUT. EAt/DRINK IN YOUR APARTMENT
I've said elsewhere on here, maybe their profession has something to do with their demeanour.
If so it has never helped their cause.
There is a definate wind change; especially "locally" People are using more probing questions. Having been arrested they are unable to answer such questions (her anyway)
If they are innocent (and I hope they are) they are still guilty of poor parenting and social services should get involved (not starting a new argument).
Sauce for the goose etc
S very good post Chris.
One thing that bugs me - why is Gerry McCann (sp?) writing a blog
I honestly can't comprehend how you could write an online diary whilst your daughter is missing.
No conjecture involvedl; just incredulity
I think this may be the crux of why people have a "gut feeling" about this case. I know it hasn't sat well with me but I don't know why.
As for their cool demeanour, it could have something to do with their profession; that said I do find it somewhat disconcerting. If it was me I could not keep it together
