I can't believe the boy! I picked him up Saturday, he had just left his parents. I got him home & put him in the mews. Started to man him Sunday. He weighed in at 1lb 10 oz. Manned him again on Monday,weighed in at 1lb 11oz. Came home from work today,and blow me down he steps on to the first,weiged him up at 1lb 10oz, took him up the road to meet some cars and things,got back, sat down with him & offered a chick on the fist & he went straight in and ate it! What more can one ask for? Thanks very much for all the great comments N/S

I'm old school and I use the old type of balancing scales using weights. I use these because I find them robust and easy for the hawks to stand on. There not likely to slide or fall of the surface. This is for HH. I have used digital in the past but only for Spar's. I'm just interested in what others may use & why the preference.
