    Quite a common question, I kep't measurements when my pup was growing, she is 3/4 Grey 1/4 Bull and Sire was 25 and Dam was 26 1/2... Mines was the following: 19 tts @ about 4 1/2 months 22 tts @ about 6 months 24 tts @ about 10 months Still 24 tts @ 12 months and 55lbs Think she was about 10 months in the photos Atb Mr Jones

    My friend had a 3/4 Grey 1/4 Saluki bitch (26 tts - big bitch)and it was a great dog on all quarry, game and clever. Would imagine there are plenty good 1/4 deerhounds out there too though. Atb Mr Jones

    Meant to add you can get a name and address for the registered owner of a vehicle without any help from the police i.e. on your own, as long as you have the registration number. Atb Mr Jones

    Probably clutching at straws here, but if you know the time it happened, the colour and make of the car and the road the car took off on (which would give you a likely idea of the outway route), are there any CCTV camera's that anyone would have running locally that might have captured the car registration number (local garage's, police/council CCTV etc)? You know the time of the incident so if they still had a recording it would only take minutes to check it for that date and time and the car would be easily identifiable? Whether the car would be registered in the offenders name or not

    I don't think it would be over turned, but I do think what might be possible is a relaxed version of the law, there is a hell of a lot of laws that are not really adhered to and authorities either don't really care or don't waste their time on, I think this is the best we can hope for. I think this is already happening. There are folk out there that waste our reputation, drive slip, drive slip etc. If you know the land you are working and know that there's not a problem and you're local, which hopefully is the majority then the futures bright.     I just wonder if the Metro would allow a pro hunt advert in their paper? Why should a paper take a particular stance on a particular subject? Why allow use a picture that tells one side of the story, Why not put a picture of a fox killing a new born lamb in for instance?.....what I noticed is that the organisaton that paid for the advert must have been struggling to get a photo, this photo must be very old if you look at the car in the background!     Thanks for the nice comments guys. Casso - Eventually hoping to use her on everything mate. Will get her out in June/July to start things off in that way if you know what I mean. She's been out on the lamp and had 5 rabbits and she's had a few daytime rabbits aswell. She's starting to come together quite nicely but still working on her jumping fences, just confidence.     Hi, I am going to buy a new air rifle. Had an HW77 for years and thought it was a great gun. Been out the game for a few years now and wanted to check opinions on here before purchasing anything. 1. What's the best spring Air Rifle on the market between £300-£400? (I'm thinking the Weihrauch HW97K Mk II?) 2. What do folks prefer .22 or .177? What's the advantages and disadvantages? I felt .177 better at distance and better penetration but sometimes pack less of a punch at close range. 3. Any preference for a decent scope (hunting only), had Tasco Golden Antler 4x40's and lik
