    It's a Cobalt Meally Redpoll cock bird,breeze..

    Skycat, it is a Cinnamon Chaffinch cock bird he is paired to a normal hen who is sitting eggs again. 2 of the 1st round youngens now caged with some young Yellow Buntings the other bird in the pic. Zek, Can't think off hand but will ask about,there is a web site called British Birds in Aviculture someone on there may be able to help..
