    I have PM the lad several times, and given him ALL the advice he needs. I don't care how many courses you have been on or how many books you have read. Given the fact that you don't even know how to clean a glove, I don't belive that you are in anyway qualified to be giving advice to a complete novice ESPECIALLY seeing as you are ONLY 14YRS OLD YOURSELF! AND MY ADVICE to YOU is find a MENTOR who is willing to TEACH and GUIDE you for several years and forget the EAGLE OWL as you need to be experienced in handling LARGE birds of prey.     Just give it a damed good wash and scrub with a fine wire brush and hot water. Allow to dry and re-proof with jess grease,ko-choline,or neats foot oil. Job done! I've done mine for years like this and the gloves are still supple.

    I usually inject 1ml panacur 10% in to a doc feed that seperatley to make sure that the bird eats it. or harkermectin spot on for pigeons. this does both internal and external paracites.

    Hi! just joined the forum, I have been involved with field sports all my life from fishing to shooting and working gundogs on a variety of shoots over the years. My main passion though has always been falconry, But I still shoot occasionally.
