I live in Norfolk now I have used fell terriers for beating for years on some top shoots(don't think Image is towards dog but some terrier men) why do terriers have to be wild (when I first meet frank buck he had about 8 terriers all loose all to a word Walking along river that he were bailiff on ) I have a agreement that I will drop out of line if we push fox to ground this is how I get permission in Norfolk & Suffolk as they don't pay me I am not missed but a bonus also my dogs will beat areas that most gun dogs will not work as for dogs not knowing difference between birds & fox

I have a box for my goshawk from game hawker it is first class & I travel 250 miles some days from Norfolk to lakes to do a bit with my dogs & hawk ,bird always looks fresh relaxed on arrival .I did not know they did terrier boxes I will be ordering one this week will review on here

I hear what your saying Tony. But IMO the true expert is the countryman who knows the countryside from being in it, both working, watching and harvesting it. Not from books or classrooms or bambi type ideals. When a terrierman or huntsman gets accused of interfering with a sette these are the type of people who are called upon to give expert evidence in court.
