Two Jack russells stolen from a place called Steptoes yard in St Cyrus, nr Montrose, Angus area Scotland. A male, a female with a small boy were seen playing with them just before they went missing. We need to contact a man called Steve Pitt, who we think may have seen something or been there at the time. Not saying he stole them but he was there at the time and may have seen something or someone. These dogs are not hunters, pets only , very friendly and NEVER leave the premises. They have definitely been STOLEN. Please look out for them in any area.

BORDER TERRIER MISSING-GLASGOW AREA
joebrown replied to joebrown's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
Piper's owners, myself and lots of helpers from the public, put tremendous dedicated effort into getting Piper found, and thanks to that and the very kind people who had him last, he is now home. Piper is now a celebrity I think, with all the publicity he has had. Someone is going to pay for all the heartache that has been caused to two families through greed and lies. -

Piper's owner is still looking for him. Hoping to follow up leads this weekend. Anyone live near Bellahouston Park or Battlefield? Posters could be emailed to you to put up in local shops etc. -

Somebody out there has got your wee dog. It is hard to believe with all the publicity there has been about him that he has not surfaced yet. The best thing that would help is if the last person (named in a post above) who had him told the truth about what she did with him. If anyone on here knows her, please PM me and perhaps we can all put our heads together to see what can be done. -

I would just like to thank everyone for their support and good wishes, its been nearly 10 weeks now that Pipers been missing, and we haven`t had any sightings for the last 7 weeks. I still cant believe that scummy junkie took him and gave him away for free. I was told to see if "rock radio" would put out an appeal to try and get Piper home, and I just got an e-mail from them asking for more info and a description of him, if anyone has anymore ideas I would be really gratefull cos I`m running out of them myself, cheers -

No there is no news yet. Lots of well wishers though, and thanks for that, but we need some info please guys. The last person who had him and passed him on has told a pack of lies and had everyone running around Glasgow putting up posters, wasting valuable money and time, and still refuses to say what she really did with the dog. Why change your phone number and refuse to talk to the owner and even the police if you have nothing to hide. Even the police could get nothing out of her and have given up. Very suspicious. We need help. A BEBO page has been started for him to see if it brings anyth -

Will keep an eye open mate but what makes you think the dog is in Glasgow? Thanks. That is the area he went missing from and was last sold out of East Kilbride. I suppose he could be anywhere now though. -
A MALE 5YR OLD BORDER TERRIER HAS BEEN MISSING FROM IRVINE AREA FOR 9 WEEKS NOW. HE HAS BEEN SOLD ON SEVERAL TIMES AND THE LAST PERSON WHO HAD HIM WAS CALLED JANIE PEACOCK FROM EAST KILBRIDE. SHE HAS MADE UP A FALSE STORY OF THE DOG HAVING GONE TO NEWTON MEARNS WITH A WOMAN,, BUT WE KNOW THIS TO BE UNTRUE. THIS DOG IS A FAMILY PET AND NOT A HUNTING OR WORKING DOG AND IS TOO SOFT TO BE SO. CAN ANY OF YOU PLEASE HELP US FIND HIM? WE HAVE HAD LOTS OF PUBLICITY BUT THERE HAVE BEEN NO SIGHTINGS AND HE MAY BE IN A WORKING SITUATION NOW, FOR WHICH HE WILL BE NOT MUCH USE. WE JUST WANT HIM BACK HOME T
