Tikka M595 Hunter 7mm08 Remington. Blued action and barrel with an oiled finish walnut stock which has chequering still sharp enough to hurt . It is in excellent condition, the chap I bought it off had it from new and put no more than 20 shots through it. My shot count is around 50, I’d have to check my records to give you an exact number, all moderate reloads with 140 grain SGK pushed along at 2700 fps by Varget. There are a couple of very minor marks on the stock, nothing noticeable though, other than that it is like new and as standard, ie 22” barrel un-cut. Awesome rifle in an excellen

Think about what bullets you want to fire too, if you want to go heavier than 55-60 you will need a fater twist which will narrow down the offerings quite a bit.

You don't need to be an active manager to record what you shoot. You can keep accurate records if you shoot 1 deer every leap year or one every day, does it matter?

Called this one during the rut, he had to go too. He'd had a knock to the head at some point by the look of it, right antler bent and single point, left pedicle damaged too. The rear of the left antler is like a knife blade. Not a double murder point but a good cull beast all the same.

Nice one, definately best out of it with a head like that.
