    thats what you want the pics to be like the bit focusing on in focus the rest blurred looks better unless your taking a scenary shot

    Is that supposed to be the IS??,or do you mean the L?.If it's just the ordinary f/4L at that price I'd start shopping somewhere else because at that price it's a friggin rip-off! I have a Jessops converter which works perfectly and the AF is spot on,not everyone is made of money like you Darsey! :stinker: due to the 30% increase in may on all canon and nikon gear thats what the price is on them but you can get the sigma one for cheaper and kay your kit lens will come in handy for stuff like when your walking the dogs and stuff like that imo you will always need atleast 2 lenses

    i know they are not wildlife but i thought id share some of my photos which i do has a hobby but i sell them as well

    i use gimp editing software its free to download i dont know if its the same on picassa go to scale image

    i sell my photos and id have the canon u get more bargains and you can get more stuff for it

    id look for second hand to start off with because new lens are pricey im looking at getting 70-200mm f/4l which is around £700 new you wont need anything that fast because that will be for rallying but as said above get the fasted glass that you can afford
