Hi, Now i hadent thought of that, any one local(ish) to me have one going spare !?! and to answer the other points, there is a fair bit of slack in the wire, and the inner fence is powered by an electric fencer. Cheers, Tom

Hi, Sadly dont have access to a rifle, and yes the fence is well buried. The bugger cleared the fence. And yes I know they will be back, all I can do for now is keep a good charge on the electric fencer, and hope for the best.. I did hear that hanging human hair clippings (from a barber) in an old pair of tights was a good deterent? Cheers, Tom

Hi, Fox has cleaned out my chickens, again I have an 8 foot chicken mesh fence, and still the fox has managed to get into the pen, which is 30ft x 25ft kill all but one of the hens, and taken back to the den only one, the rest are hidden in the long grass around around the pen. I cant manage to find the den, but it cant be too far away. I let them out at 06:00 this morning, my wife went to see them at 08:30 and there was only one left. Thats one brave fox to wipe them out in broad daylight in two and a half hours. Cheers, Tom

use a trowel . fence hopper is experienced and could do it without but i would take your time with it and you know your right then each to there own mate we all have are own ways, nothing against yours, but they call it SELF leveler for a reason...if its mixed wet enough (not to wet) and you uni bond the floor meaning less suction it will settle itself no need to make things hard for yourself alb al Right enough mate, I like it on the pissy side! Just a quick question for the op though, when you say a new floor, how deep is it going to be? I mean do you need a new floor, or j

Hi, A bit of a random one for you, i have just taken on the tenancy of a small farm ( a dream come true! ) the farmhouse needs a fair bit of DIY doing, and one floor in particular, need to be levelled, so I can lay a new floor. I was going to attempt to do it using 'self leveling screed' but I have never used it before. Is it any good? and any tips on how to use it ? Thanks in advance, Tom

Hi, Both of mine live in, and I consider them to be part of the family. They dont go upstairs, and sleep in crates at night. In my experience, it forms a better bond, and more trust. Cheers, Tom

Hi, Bit a broad statement from the chap that started the thread in my opinion, My take on it, for what it's worth, is you could pick fault with almost every type of working dog, or human being for that matter, my opinion, is that very rarely do you find a bad dog/breed etc more likely to be a bad owner, that is responsible for the actions of any particular dog, be it bull x or what ever. Hi, Random question for you all, I am going to buy a new camcorder.. the last one i had was circa: mid 's and was the size of a house, and weighed half a tonne! Having done a few google searches there are alot of nice looking compact camera's out there at the moment, and on the face of it, they all pretty much do the same job ? I am willing to spend up to £500.00 Any pointers of advice on which model/make to go for would be much appreciated! Cheers, Tom
