  1. You could try the bite stop spray but some dogs take no notice of that Another thing you can try which has worked for me is to buy a jar of the hottest curry/chilli paste you can find and brush it onto the legs of the furniture that the pup is chewing. Your room will smell like a curry house but it should sto the pup chewing, unless it is into vindaloo of course Setter
  2. Lovely photos....well done Setter
  3. Fantastic pics!! Beautiful animals Setter
  4. What did god say after creating man? I can do better. Why do men want to marry virgins? They can't stand criticism. Why are men like toilets? They're either: Vacant, Engaged or full of crap. What do you call the useless bit of skin attached to a penis? A man. What do men and kitchen flooring have in common? You lay them right the first time, and you can walk all over them for years. What does it mean when a man is in your bed gasping for breath and calling your name? You didn't hold the pillow down long enough. Setter
  5. Thats about the only DIY men willingly do without having to be nagged

  12. I get this all the time, most recently in Thetford forest walking two dogs on lead. A couple came round the corner with a loose border collie, as soon as the collie clocked my dogs I shouted for them to call their dog in, they ignored me and the collie came at both my dogs at full speed and launched into the biggest one. A boot in the ribs just made him run around and attack the dogs from behind. It took a good boot in the head to make him think again and run back to the owners who were twittering on about I did'nt need to kick him They got an earfull and buggered off I now cary a nice wh
  13. OK so Mr Chav has his staffie bitch bred to his mates staffie dog down the road, puppies arrive, he sells the puppies to anyone willing to pay the money regardless of the fate of the dogs or the suitablity of the owners. Who exactly is going to make sure the pups are chipped? Will their be an inspector calling at every house in the UK where a litter of pups is being sold? It is a pipe dream and unworkable. As for putting a chip over another one several reasons including.........To hide the identity of a chipped dog, put a new chip in and the scanner will pick the new one up 9 times out o
  14. Who would police this and who would pay for it to be policed??? Also a new chip can be put in over on old one. Would never work. Setter
  15. Oops just realised you are in Ireland I am not too sure if they are available there but an internet search should answer that question for you Setter
  16. You can apply for a prepaid credit card, there are no checks on your credit history. You can put money on there by DD or in the post office etc. You can only spend the amount of money on the card so no risk of going into debt and use it where you would use an ordinary credit card. There are monthly usage fees though which vary from card to card so you would have to shop around. One example is the Cash Plus card. Go onto www.moneysavingexpert.com and do a search for pre paid credit cards there should be info on there about the various ones and the fees etc. Setter
  17. Do people honestly think that chavs with their muscle dogs and drug dealers with their protection dogs and dog fighters with pits etc are going to tootle down to the post office once a year like good little boys and pay for a dog licence The only people who would be hit by the expense of compulsory licencing would be respectable law abiding people. As for restricting people who can and can't breed their dogs, who would police this?? The RSPCA?? Again there are puppy farms all over this country churning out sick pups to stupid buyers and the RSPCA can do nothing about them, once again
