  1. Hi everyone. Pushing forward again on this and would ask if you would all be so kind as to click on the FB link below and share the Interpol poster at the top of the page. Please encourage your friends and family to also share especially if you know people abroad. We need this poster to go viral all around the world. Many thanks from Emer's family. https://www.(!64.56:886/JusticeForEmer For those of you in Ireland, Emer's case will be featured in the first episode of the series "Cracking Crime" on RTE 1 on Tuesday the 23rd of July 2013 at 9.35pm. The whole family was involved

  5. Breeders like that want hanging!! Rescue these days tend to pass on numbers of interested potential owners rather than to take in dogs unless there is no other choice, if you are interested PM me and I will find the numbers. Setter
  6. Have you contacted the dogs breeder?? They will most likely take the bitch back and rehome it to a properly vetted home rather than it ending up gawd knows where. The breeders name should be on the KC papers and should be easy to find a phone number for. If not Pei rescue should be able to help. Setter
  7. Thats well annoying!!! There are not a lot of cats round here, my neighbour has one but because of the dogs he don't come into my garden. Have a pair of blackbirds here who year after year would nest in a bush right in the dog run, and year after year every chick was killed by the dogs when they left the nest. I cut down the bush in the end and they have moved into the hedge outside the run now Setter
  8. I am lucky here, put some food down and they come right in, I have bought a remote control for my camera so am hoping to get some better bird table shots of the sparrows, they are a suspicious lot and wont come near the table or the pond if i am in the garden. Every thing else does as you seen by the garden bird photos just not them. I will hide inside and get some sneaky shots with the camera on a tripod hopefully Setter
  9. Awwww they are in lurve  Nice photos Setter
  10. Reading through there were some cracking photos, why were the competitions stopped? Just curious Setter
  11. Thanks Kay but you got the wrong Irish, Marie is Lassie Setter
  12. The fur from sources like that dont go into expensive fur coats so much as cheap fur edges on the hoods and cuffs of jackets and coats and childrens toys etc. The import of fur has been banned in the eu now to try and cut down on the demand but it will always be there. Why they can't kill the poor creatures first is beyond me there is just no need for it. Setter
  13. Just don't do it in view of the neighbours Setter
  14. Looks like a little wizard! Setter
  15. They have the death penalty in the US but they still have murders, rapes and child abuse. Think of the £££££££££ that would be spent keeping these animals on death row for years while the tax payer pays for appeal after appeal after appeal.....they should be culled from the gene pool immediately but that is'nt ever goint to happen is it, well most of the time it does'nt. When I worked on a childs ward as a nurse years ago there was a young boy could'nt have been any more than 9 or 10, he had been abused by his step father, the mother knew but turned a blind eye, when the boy was tak
  16. bring bk hanging 4 what i hope its 4 anti hunters eh??
  17. I don't think I would call that dog body language as in natural canine communication, i would call that knowing what the human is likely to do and pre-empting it or encouraging it The licking the lips will be a reaction to salivating knowing there is potentially more food, the car door and dummy are reactions to a known action, he knows you open the door or throw the dummy and is waiting for you to do the expected action. Natural canine body language is facinating and can be so subtle that us humans usually miss it completely, a quick flash of the ears, tail held a certain way group yaw
  18. MODS this thread needs to be deleted!!!!! Us girlies can't have the men folk knowing our secret code............takes all the fun out of it Setter
  19. They will probably only get sentenced to two or three years and only serve three quarters of that. I would throw petrol over the lot of them and enjoy lighting the match Setter
