Jigsaw,take a look at Richards Microfit Stocks,some nice designs but may need a bit of fettlin'got some v.good deals.About 3yrs ago I managed to buy a thumbhole varmint stock in grey laminate for $89 from Boyds,had it sent to a friend of a friend in North Carolina who then posted it by sea to me in UK so cost me about £60 all in.I reckon it would have cost me about £200 at that time if bought in UK.If you have any contacts in US,that would be the way to go chap.

20 br v.nice but you would probably have to run it as a single shot as unlikely to cycle through a mag.Am using 17 rem with 30 grain Bergers on fox to 250ish at 3900 fps without probs unless something farts in the field in which case all bets are off.

i often use cci cb longs in a cz on some of my contracts (700 fps approx 28 ft/lbs) but the gunshop i bought them from went down the tubes.they cycle through the mag ok. anybody know where i can get 22 cb caps from in the south ?

buy a box each of a few different brands of subsonics and whichever brand groups the tightest they are the boys for you . i would also suggest that providing you have somewhere safe to do it,you set out a few targets at various realistic distances and learn where to put your crosshairs at these distances for a killing shot.cheers chap
