    i personally think if it is'nt in the dog to start with then no matter how good a owner/trainer you are,it can't come out.if working parents are not important then why would we bother?why would people go to the lengths they do to breed lines of dogs?undoubtedly some people will be able to do loads more with dogs than other people.some dogs from non-working stock will go on to be worldbeaters.but as a rule of thumb i would say breeding is what makes good dogs,imo

    hairyface off here had a bitch that had most of her tail removed and i've never seen a dog that could turn like her,so i would say that a kinked tail would make no difference at all

    i had heard havoc was a better dog,but never witnessed either so could'nt comment.must say punch has to be the most talked about bull x ever,seems to be more fiction than fact though which is a shame

    i think it would be best to get yourself a bitch,graft it,graft it again,then a little bit more and if it's upto the job then line it to your dog.at the end of the day putting him to stud is opening yourself to all manner of shit,as you may have noticed.you are inviting cranks,anti's,grasses and all kinds to come and have a look at your dog(not a good thing)

    i would imagine if thl had of been around at the time the same would've been said about saluki x's and their abilities.something new/different seems to bring out a siege mentality in people."what they do is wrong,we're losing our way"and all that.it's simply man's ability to create a tool for a job:brains/speed=collie/grey.stamina/speed=saluki/grey.gameness/speed=bull/grey.all this we are losing our way,what is the way?should we think the same as people thought years ago?times change people change and things move forward.the only thing in which i can see we lost our way,is in it is now illegal

    would'nt even consider using dogs if they were'nt 100% mate,the dog is 4 1/2 and the bitch 6 never saw either refuse a situation.i would only breed because i want a pup not for dollar.obviously i'm looking at the long term.after how many generations would you bring in an outcross?or would that depend on how the dogs were performing,size etc

    if you put a dog to it's dam's litter sister would you then seek an outcross for the resulting pup?or would you breed back into the line first?the dog itself is from unrelated parents

    i've allways found it to be the other way round, it "was" far easier to get a dog to catch a fox than it was to kill one, i always preffered to get mine with the 1 dog because imo its the only way to see what a dog is really capable of...... what i meant is the heavier type dogs would destroy them but would'nt be able to catch them.then you have the style of lamping,some go to it,some try to get it to come to them and some run what looks runable.the hardest thing was getting the balance,a catch/kill dog.

    a dog that will kill foxes ain't hard to get,a dog that'll catch foxes is harder to get,a combination of the two was what was required,harder to get.some people seen foxes in big numbers,some did'nt.the one's that did'nt doubled dogs up so each dog got a run.people that went after big numbers doubled up(made sense,twice the chance of catching)i would double up if i wanted numbers.dogs can be tested in many ways,as we know

    a good friend of mine as the litter brother of remus. a dog called stripe and i have a bitch out of remus and she is a good dog have just put her in pup to a son of stripe so should turn out simular to remus. also got a dog which is out of the pie lines only 7 month old at min but looking very good. teckel i thought your bitch is in pup to rigg? yes it was rigg that was put to the bitch yes rig will be the farther. isn"t he a son of stripe? nah mate,tyke is out of stripe.rigg is out of rio,half brother to remus and stripe.good stuff all the same

    today a polis got 3 years for running down and killing a schoolgirl in newcastle!he was at times doing 94 miles an hour in a 30 zone,without siren or flashing lights!3 years?half it then time out on a tag he'll do a year for killing somebody,f*cking w*nker
