    Ideally you want to start your dog on cubs and then move on as the season progresses.Foxes can put some painful bites in on a dog if the dog doesnt learn to get it round the neck asap starting gently and building the dogs confidence before tackling adults is the way i would have done it pre ban.

    People might want to check out the countrywise books forum run by Johnny bluck he is trying to get a mag of the ground for terrier and lurcher folk and is looking for people to contribute articles im sure it wont be as tame as the countrymans or as twofaced

    Ive recently had my troubles with one particular inspector clive reees did a good job for me.Just recently had the same inspector who was trying to do me for badgers on the doorstep wanting to look at my dog well this was the final straw after being polite on other occasions she was told to f**k off in no uncertain terms and comeback with police ive heard nothing more

    Ive gone abit of point but what i cant understand is why darcy or whatever his name is continues to write for a rag that is against lurcher lads he doesnt need the 50quid atime as he makes plenty from his books would be nice to see him sticking up for people and f*****g off the countrymans

    I noticed the book thing didnt realise aswell jd aint his real name and he is selling ltd edition books signed with that name.Why aint he got the guts to write under his real name.every christmas a new book ltd edition he has made good money from dog lads but when i asked him if he would speak to cmw about pre ban articles he wasnt intrested.Ive bought alot of his books but not anymore dogs and deer wa abig let down his best books are the ones with articles written by others

    Some people are up in arms about muslim wrong uns EDL bnp the sun covered it a bit.Alot of people are too scared to say the truth about muslims for fear of being branded racist wich seems to be the standard response to any whit person criticising their vile ways.I wish these people that are coming forward now had said something before but saville had a lot of connections to top people.What i find disgusting is the people who work for his charity are worried they wont get no more of the publics money now these allegations have come out and thaqt we should all leave him alone as he raised so man

    this forum has been f****d for a long time youre right leveller it is great to read about what people are taking with there dogs,but all you can post about now safely is rabbits and rats you can say other game is shot and retrieved but you cant tell the whole story without putting youreself or your dogs at risk of being seized.I think its impossible to have a proper forum on serious lurcher work since the ban

    apparently he was close with them other nonce dj at the bbc.When he was alive he denied being at that kids home on jersey were the abuse took -place until some one came up with a pic of him there.Police had file on him but didnt do anyhting due to his friends in high places such as maggie thatcher and the duke of edinburgh.

    I personally believe the best way to get youre dog going is to run it on large cubs to start with.The trouble with running two dogs is that most likely the experienced dog will grab the fox by the back end and that only leves the sharp end for the pup.The hardest part of entering to fox i found was the catching like joball says as some foxes can put up a real course for a dog.It may seem unsporting to run cubs but inexperienced quarry is the best quarry to start inexperinced dogs on atb matt
