  3. about the mink, I hope that is a joke??? :11:
  4. You'r right molly, its the same with the kerry bleu, the fox terrier... If I had an irish, it should be a ratter or a mink killer or Nutria and musk rat, and I think he can be very usefull on wild boar drives. Why do people in the UK dont work these fine dogs anymore? Since the otter is protected? Its a very impressive dog to me, who deserves better, so let him be pure. So lad, you have the permission to go after the rabbits tonight , as long as you remember that this breed is capable to do much more as chasing rabbits :11: Make yourself and the dog a rat and mink hunter mate

Try a Mazda pick up 2500 mate, much cheaper as a Navarra, same power and space on the inside, much smaller on the outside. Navarra: plusminus 14l/100km Mazda: 10l/100km.
  6. 4/5 of all breeds dont have to do where they are bred for, stupid people everywhere. If you dont want to see this anymore in the future, you have to go stricktly breeding litters, consequent for "terrierman only" , like they do in Germany with the DJT. Who's having the character to send someone home without a pup, becouse its gonna be a pet dog? when that someone can easaly earn 125£ for that pup? If you now you have to cull it ( and earn nothing) when nobody else is interrested in that pup?
  7. Hagler, be proud to have such an alrounder mate. It means that you put a lot of time into your dogs.
  8. Much more fun when you take him out ratting mate, If this dog was mine, I made him crazy as hell on rat's and mink Once they where , and you'l be surprised for what he is capable for. rabbits!
  9. --> QUOTE(Dawn B @ Sep 22 2006, 06:58 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I keep Cats as pets, 5 of them! Its NOT difficult to keep them on your own property, I have put inverted mesh along the top of my fence all round, cost about £30 all told, Cats on MY property and cant get out! I have no problem with the culling of feral Cats, but not pets, although I appreciate accidents do happen. I would welcome laws that demand Cat owners take more responsibilty for their pets. Dawn. at least one responsible cat owner!
  10. Hewlett & Packard mate! Everything you plug in is compatible at first time, no matter what the brand is of that printer or camera or whatever

  14. A good terrier pick's em from that garage roof, mine did! :11: from the first day I lived in this neighborhood, they killed cat's. the place was runnin over with them. now its back to normal, but when they come in season again next month, they gonna wake me up with their baby cry, and then its war again.
  15. Dont worry Bullet, mine is 12 months and have the same problem. Its an absolute proved working strain, and he give a damn about quarry, just cat's. Last saturday we had a boar test, he's running after them, but dont understand what the meaning of all this is After that we put him in an artificial fox den, nothing. (wiglle his tail and want to get out of there) Had more like that in my life, one day -out of nowhere- they start hunting and killing as they never did something else. Dont give up mate, they are mature before you now it.

  19. Swanseajack, I only tell what I have seen, and what I've seen in the balkan states in eastern europe was absolute TOP mate! About your beddy's: wish I had a pack with dogs like Rusty, Tango, yogi..Glas & Bron , they look very hard and cleaver animals.
  20. hey guys bring some pure bedlingtons from central europe, all of them re good sized, we use them for hunting under or abouve ground. two bitches in czech republick one good in Slovakia and my superb dog, i will have my own puppies in 3years. wel said mate, and absolute true. If you want a good bedlington-(or any other terrier)- go to Czech Rep ,Hungaria-Slovakia. Working WELSH terriers!, work on everything from rat to BEARS, anything you want for a fair prize. In Hungaria, some hunting people live and keep dogs like you did 150 years ago: worth their food or culled. realy worth the tr
