Feck off fish Foxdropper...yes i am ground floor and there has been more than one leak in the past in this block Not in this room though but the bedroom a pipe between floorboards was leaking (but fixed) - the bulb had only been on about 5-10 seconds when it exploded - but again there is like a brownish (damp looking) small gap near the fitting itself I think you could have just put your finger on it mate Edited to say - moments after i posted this i just looked at light fitting and there is a very very fine crack in the ceiling coming from the fitting barley noticable..quite a
