By making a mess do you mean pee, poo or both? she pees and poos got up this morning to 5 poos and 2 pees Jeez, what are you feeding her? hi i am feeding her chudlys puppy 3 times a day What you need to remember with dry food is that most of what goes in comes out again, main ingredients being "filler", and with dry food they also need to drink a lot. Maybe consider change of diet to raw and only feeding after she has exercise/had an empty.

No, you could see the prob on the xrays. Cheers mally, sure she will be fine, she hates the crate tho', you ought to see how fast she can go on 3 legs when let out for a pee. LOL I know they hate the crate mate, but the longer she's rested the better she'll recover. Swimming will aid her recovery after the 6 week period. Try and find out if there's a hydro therepy pool near you mate. It's not cheap but we'd recommend it. Good idea, if I can't find one I'll eat some beans, get in the bath and she can hop in with me PMSL it may not be a bad idea though, if your baths dee

Cheers, touch wood, I don't think it will be a problem. Vet gave the impression was common in terriers but I haven't come across it before. She still hasn't had her first season (8months old) and was hoping to breed from her in a couple of years, but as we do not know the cause of the problem looks like we will get her spayed after her season.

Noticed the patti was holding back on one of her back legs so took the to the vets yesterday and advised to bring her back today for x rays. Had x rays and showed problem with hip and best treatment was removal which vet has now done. Vet says everything should be ok, other than laid up for 6 weeks, anyone else had a dog that needed this treament and were they ok?
