av used one for the last to seasons and i think there good, not as good as proper road work, i only use em in the winter months anyway because a work full time 7 till 4 six days a week so during the week theres no day light for going biking with em. i do take two of my dogs to work with, they just run mooch about all day on pig farm ratting
