my 3 terriers will bush rabbits all day long if they put one 2 ground they will just mark it not travell.but will go 2 ground on a fox.whos to say it wasnt a fox he went 2 ground on if the owner hasnt much exsperiance in this work.

my mates dog has the same problem he closed the boot of the car on it when she was a pup she can run and turn ok but when she goes down for the strike she goes tumbling head over heals normally with d rabbit but she loses alot of rabbits over it 2.i think if her tail wasnt like it she would be an outstanding dog but over this she is only averge.

i use a whippet and a saulki/whippet and a jack russell use the rest of me terriers for bigger game and bushing.DONT USE NETS WHILE FERRETING DONT THINK ITS SPORTING AT LEAST THEY HAVE A CHANCE 2 GET AWAY WHEN YOUR USEING THE DOGS SAYING THAT NOT MUCH GETS PAST MY LOT.

i heard saluki x can be quite good on the lamp/....ho well maybe iam wrong..... must say your wrong mate, saluki x s in general dont make good lamping dogs,of coarse you will get the odd good one but you dont see them in proper lamping fellas kennels,as you dont see collie xs in coursing mens or fen mens kennels beddi greys are exellent dogs on rabbit and fox and some 3/4 bread beddi can take hare regurly.one thing for sure is they will give 110% on all quarry .they have an exellent heart.
