  1. Find out more about what the development team got out of the reference trip to Scotland. Watch and listen as they share their thoughts and explain why going to the Glen Lyon Estate was so important to the development of Hunter's World. Click here to watch the video. This is the world's first massively multi-player online hunting experience. Immerse yourself in a huge, persistent environment, teeming with wildlife and all manner of game. Learn to track, stalk and harvest your trophies and collaborate - or compete - with your friends in the hunt.
  2. Ah, but we're looking for realism within the game.
  3. The character in the Hunter's World game currently carries his weapon in his hands but when we went hunting we spent most of the time with it slung on our back and only took it off to shoot. How often do you carry the rifle in you hands? Should the character in the game carry the rifle in his hands or slung on his back? Hunter's World
  4. After speaking to many hunter's from all over the World, I've picked up on the fact that quite a few of them feel like they are treated like yokels or yobs! Personally viewing hunting as a sport or pastime, I'm interested to find out why do you think people who don't hunt or know very little about hunting, treat hunter's so badly? As a hunter, do you feel you've been stereotyped in the media, TV or movies? Does this type of portrayal affect you at all?
  5. Hahaha, that's good.
  6. Thanks for the feedback...
  7. Yes I know, a very strange request, but could you suggest some ideas for emoticons we could use in a hunting game, based on the type of things hunters might do in the Mid West USA? EG: Spitting tobacco or erm, er, well that's why I'm asking? :?: Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
  8. Thanks very much, everyone is so friendly here.
  9. That was pretty much my question as well?
  10. That was a classic, but why did it take so long for the deer to run off?
  11. Thanks for all of the messages, made me feel very welcome.
  12. Hi Stu, nice to meet you. I'm new here as well.
  13. We don't get many bears in Nottingham, so it's mainly fish and rabbits around here. Would love to hunt bears though. Maybe one day...
  14. Thanks again. Great forum by the way.
  15. hello and welcome Thanks, that was a quick reply.
