    I have to disagree if you can get keepered land get it they no every farmer as well as the contractors that work on farms so can keep you in the loop I get calls now when there cutting grain to bring the dogs and before you know it you have another farm and you didn't knock on one door If you get on with them there word has more clout than most and defiantly more than a fellow dog man i'm afraid. It's who you know not what. At first show an interest at some local shoots its always a good start come the shooting season it don't take long to figure out where they are just offer to go beatin

    Hey guys we all here about the dogs injury's in the field but what about the owners put um up for a laugh I will start broken thumb after dog ran into me he carried on going like nothing happened lol atb

    I got my first permission when I was 14 with my air rifle and that was on keepered land I was allowed one field but got to go on the whole shoot as time went on that keeper has since moved on I ended up becoming the keeper there and have permission on the old keepers patch as well so havin the balls to ask is worth it sometimes but i knocked on alot of doors before that just dont take it for granted if they do say yes even if its one field with nout in it the next door farm will see you trust me they are watching you and that ground might have some of the best ground around good luck all the b

    try DAP plug in you can get it online pets at home sell it but its twice the price mine was the same as soon as i went out he would howl till i came back but after trying everything as you have I tried it and it worked its no miracle cure but it did seem to calm him down

    No one really got me into it both my parents would not have dreamed of hunting anything all my mates were football mad I cant stand it to this day. I would go out trying to catch rabbits I just had this erge to hunt so I was abit of a loaner kid then there was a guy down the road that had whippets and i would tag along with him I was only 10 my mum didnt like it but she gave up trying to stop me I then got a springer and became a keeper but got sick of shooting I felt more like a chicken farmer "my ideal shoot would be a wild bird shoot but dont have the funds for that" now ive got a lurcher x
