  1. Hi there, Thanks for your reply. I live near Dorchester.
  2. Hi All, I have a 3year old rescue spaiel, he is fantastic at coming back when called (not that he goes too far away). The problem I'm having with him is teaching him to go ahead and flush. He a a bit stupid and will go into any cover to chase a tennis ball(so I know he is willing). Any tips on teaching him to run along a line to the end will be appreciated. thanks.
  3. Hi All, I've just got a Landrover Discovery R-reg. In all the bad weather we've had the sunroofs are leaking like a shower! Is there any obvious things to look for? Or any websites where I can get a free manual? Thanks for your help.

  11. I had exactly the same gun as my first gun. At least, im pretty sure it was a 27E. It came with 2 sets of fixed choke barrels though, 26inch (ish) for Skeet, and a set of 28inch for sporting. I paid £100 for it 2nd hand. The gun was basically indestructable, and even though it was an old gun, like a lot of Baikels, still had a nice solid stiff break to it. I had it for a couple of years, and put through no end of cartridges at the clay ground before selling it to a local gunshop for £150. About the only time ive ever made any money on a gun! The gun was basic, nothing flashy, but did

  14. Hi all, I'm looking for a rescue cocker or springer to work. I live in Dorset but am prepared to travel within the South of England for a suitable dog. Does anyone have any details of springer or cocker rescue in this area? Thanks
  15. Hi All, I’ve got my FAC and shotgun interview tomorrow. I have applied for a 17HMR and a 22LR. My question is will I need to have a good reason for both? I will be using the 22 for rabbits and I wanted the 17 HMR for longer range shots (less than 120meters). Any thought (serious ones though!) will be really appreciated. Many Thanks, Neil.
  16. I've got a scorpion, great gun, very accurate. I get approx shots from it, its taken many rabbits out at 30yrds!
  17. Fantastic shot, through the heart at 200yrds. Just out of interest why isn't it a medal head??? Neil
