    well is it true that its illegal to shoot crows with a fac rifle . been told they issued for ground game or ground vermin only.. can use a sub 12 ft per lb air rifle i been told for crows etc tho ,, any truth in this ???

    And yet you have your own 'group' on facebook? There are plenty of good threads on here about trapping - you just have to open your eyes and go back a bit. This used to be one of the best sections of THL with good advice and interesting topics. Recently it's just been wannabe trap makers and endless pictures of dead rabbits in traps, with a few 'I've got mice/rats (whatever) followed by the inevitable 'chuck the ferrets/dogs (whatever) in mate' type replies. The quality of the literacy in the posts of recent times reflects the quality of the content of the posts in my opinion. Oh

    im no expert on guns , in dont even like them much but need them for my jobs, rimfire .. go for the 17.. it does what the 22 does and a hell of a lot more.. as i said its from experiance only..

    wel i am a member still on here earth chucker mucker and i can still express my view,oppinions and genually add what i like.,, alli said is i looked on here as some often do and to me ,, to me myselfe i find it slow and boreing.. you may think its the best thing since slice bread ,but to me its slow and un intetresting now. hence the reason why a lot have left here.

    fenn traps aint toys to play with they can hurt you.. people who use them often know how to set them ,be it front to back,side to side or up side down,, there loads of pics on here and posts even to show you the right way, if unsure tho best stick to the bog standard off the shelf rat trap.. save your fingers and ave the rats from foul catches..

    shallow runs no need to open tunnel in light soil . just push the lid in a little and push trap in the ground... the best advise you ever get is from trial, land error.. try different traps ,locations and settings and you soon learn .. don't always listen to others on sites like this.. good reference must say but not every one has the same results as other on different ground etc.. try different things see what works best for you .
