So it's £5 for materials PLUS two hours work? By my reckoning that's at least £35. This is all well and good if you have the skills and the time (and don't care about breaking the law), but what about those who are too busy doing the job to sit around all day making copies? i work 6 days a week, from 6.30 to 6.pm running my own construction buisseness, i come home and make things like traps just cause it relaxes me. yes £5 for materials and as im doing it in my own time and dont sell any im making big savings to myselfe. breaking the law ??? get real if i wrote a book about murder

I remember speaking to a chinese guy about intellectual property theft,he told me that as long as there are one or two slight differences to the original your green to go,you couldnt knock up a kania type could you?I priced Kanias in Bulk(500)in Canada, the 2000 works out at £18. and the 2500 was £15.65,this was the basic trap price bough in bulk and without shipping costs etc.You want to think about producing some of your ideas. hi mackem pm sent ..... nomater what one tries to do or make there will always be others on here more than other plsaces who will knock others lol good tho love al

Pest control and failing mole traps
logun replied to leegreen's topic in Snaring, Trapping & Pest Control
think about it,?? the length of the trap dont matter,, its the distance between between trigger and hoop that matters !! but yes two inches smaller and a bit narrower be good Doesnt have to be narrower for me,and a shorter trap would be much preferable.Interesting point about the distance between trigger and loop, and i think traps are now available, where the manufacturer has tried to address this. they havent addressed this.. it works and it will do,,well myselfe i dont think any thought has been put into traps for use in the uk for 30 years or more,, we relay on imports lot of the t -

Old Ratty pays the Price........!
logun replied to Rolfe's topic in Snaring, Trapping & Pest Control
interesting post this,, i agree with rats gaining accsess from toilets,, i workin the building trade to and many times known =rats to swim the u bend. but as duck wing said i think there two ways a rat would enter a home,,one ould be waste pipes . rats love expanding form full stop..it a rodent magnet,, makes fantastic bedding material etc, unless hole for waste done with core drill and not just nock out and filled your almost sure to gt a rat ,, but ? as duck wingsaid the old terrace houses the best for rats..... second i would say cavity walls. moden homes dont get the problems that say a 194 -
