  1. I'm thinking of getting a lurcher pup but I'm stuck when I go on holidays. Does anyone have any experience on placing their lurcher's in a boarding kennel? Thanks Ferreting Mad
  2. I'm thinking of getting some POL light sussex to replace my old warrens as it's coming to the end of their laying life. What's this breed like at laying eggs and do they make good mothers, or should I be looking at a breed like silkies to be rearing chicks ? Thanks.
  3. nice looking pups mate ATB with em
  4. I was thinking more of the lines of a collie, whippet, bull, greyhound or something along those lines, as I have seen one of these dogs run and I'm very impressed.
  5. Thanks for the replies, it's just a question now whether or not the right puppy comes up and if I can have one. Ferreting Mad
  6. Thanks for the replies. Just being curious, if I was to have a puppy in the winter months, would I either have to put a heat lamp in the kennel or wait until the warmer months of the year. The only way I can have a dog see is if it is in a kennel so any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  7. If in the near future (hopefully) I was to get a lurcher puppy, could I kennel it on it's own or would I have to keep it in the house? Thanks, Ferreting Mad
  8. I paid £30 for my hob to be neutered and that also included a post-op examination
