We dont use anything that clouds the water i use trigene licensed for animals cos it kills everything Most rescues use the same cos of what it can do.Our vets seen cases as have we tbh in ferrets and one of their vets is a specialist in reptiles parrots and ferrets most cat meds work for ferrets so we were told and its kitten jabs they give to ferrets if you vaccinate.Cynical maybe your right but i vaccinate to be as sure as i can be i dont have these problems ever.Just cos theres very few outbreaks doesnt mean it cant or wont happen rabies was eradicted from britain after controls were tighte

Methalene blue might kill them off or something that kills mites in the tank its green cant remeber the name of it That and turn temp up for little bit and they shouldnt survive

I stopped for weeks but ended up back on them again but Champix was brilliant tbh makes you sick as a pig if you puff a fag and it really does make them tatste fooking horrible.Im about 20 a day depending on whats going on if im out with the hounds since i got Donut anyway i smoke far less cos i dont have a free hand lol.

do you get yours the booster bird? yes mate, just had them both done couple weeks back, safer than sorry yea your prob right mate.never bothered with boosters myself but its one less thing to worry about i suppose thats it mate, they have enough things in the field that could kill them running 35mph in the dark, so £70 a year for 2 dogs aint nothing really to stop the dogs being ill My vets only charge us £40 for two dogs and theyre fairly big.Donut and a few pups left jabs were £35 the set

Yeah i was away for a bit was busy re decorating and the dogs and me have had a lot of work thrown our way lately as well so not had time to come on much really.Mine are jabbed as well bird cats dogs the lot.I actually asked the vet about boosters and she had said years ago they really only needed a booster every few years but now theyve changed the make up of the jabs so a yearly booster is required for ull protection so mine get done every year without fail.Most folks dont get their ferrets jabbed weve seen a few lost to it in this area a few years back and i panicked and got mine done i did

Copied this from another forum thought maybe be a good move to give those affected a heads up just in case.its a horrible disease seen it in dogs in vets and from one we took to vets not pleasant whatsoever DISTEMPER OUTBREAK - Please Read if you're in UK- will you please warn all of your dog walkers about the distemper outbreak and to make sure their dogs are vaccinated. It is in South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire, South Staffordshire, and parts of Southern and Eastern England. It has now reached Derby - 17 ferrets have had to be PTS in Derby with distemper.

Happened to me years ago when i was getting a saluki x jabbed stung like a bitch but didnt kill me.Its not dangerous to humans at all as i found out hours later so he wont die

Yeah really!!! come see my dogs work then say that just cos im not a cruel heartless b*****d that feels the need to blame my every problem on my dog doesnt mean theyre pets.Ive no need to post my every outing on here and brag about what my dogs can do and put up silly pics and bring trouble to this site and my door.Im careful cos id be devastated if i lost my dogs through posting something stupid on a website.It was a reasonable suggestion yes ive rescued dogs and animals alike and still do doesnt mean i cant go hunting does it?!!! Oh theres a great idea!. Why not offload it onto a rescue centre that is already full to bursting with problem dogs, or give it a nice home with a nice family so it can ruin their lives. f*****g women I swear to god! How about walk it out the back, plug it with the .22 and dont miss. FTB How about we do the same to you? The dogs probably not the problem and i said rescue not rescue centre the smaller rescues spend far more time trying to get a dog sorted behaviourally than the bigger ones.By some of the things hes came away with im not surprised it doesnt f*****g listen to him

All the best mate Just be very careful not to rile them too much or they will hit you with it might be type and then they can hold the dog or pts depending on wether or not theres a court case etc.Your ex is a miserable cow i wouldnt give ANYONES dog away like that.Your cousins was a thick c**t for handing it to her anyways and i wish you the very best in getting her back.

Why not give it to a rescue to rehome to a pet home cos clearly you dont get along lol.If shes not bothering its cos shes lost interest do you have another dog to go along with her keep her on lead and let her watch for a few nights she will soon feel the urge to pick them up again.Sounds like the dog has no respect for you anymore and im not surprised if im honest not having a go but you have hit her and allowed her by your own admission to wander fields on her own no wonder she doesnt f*****g listen.Maybe shes taking her time to mature mentally or whatever but i dont think you two are suited

Yeah she was a mess mate just keep an eye on it or crate one while the babys around if your worried it can happen all too quick and a terrier versus a lurcher usually doesnt end very well.My bitch tells my dog off but he accepts it off her and other bitches but ive known males to fight back and attack the bitch

I had a terrier here for a few days and he stayed in another room with the door tied shut i will never have lurchers and terriers together ever again.Flint and storm worshipped blitz and would never have done anything to hurt her but every dog has a breaking point.We have had a load of patterdales brought here from pet homes last summer kept getting calls about these dogs all the time.One was a scrapper and the other was massive for a patterdale and had a bit of an attitude with women.The we got Another girl who was as placid as the day is long but she still had a real go at one of the other t

Thats a worst case scenario but i would keep a close on eye on them to be sure you never have to go through that its not nice at all.They all got on like a house on fire at one point the first ever fight started over a bit of bread someone threw out for the birds and because the terrier wouldnt leave it it ended in disaster.My lurchers used to back away and try and run away from her if she kicked off but being a fiesty little cow she wouldnt let it go and eventually they hit back.I couldnt sleep right for weeks after that happened every little creak woke me up and i used to lock all the doors

[Took the pack up to a good place for a run around and a mooch pup caught her first bunny and came back chuffed as hell with herself and put it straight in my hand.Dont get me wrong Flint ran it into her path but she didnt mess about big Storm nearly had Andy on his backside lol.He was still on the lead at the time and was going loopy.All in all a good day walked round for 5 hours the hounds really enjoyed themselves as well.

Just keep an eye on them My terrier (Rip Blitz) pushed the lurchers too far one day and they hit back and this was the result it cost £1800 in total to save her life and sort her wounds and then she needed another op to be fully ripped out at another £800 odd quid thanked my stars she was insured.The really sad thing is my two adored her and would defend her to the death it was her that used to start the fight.Her injuries were horrendous and it was stopped in seconds she had to have a massive op to fix her badly puntured windpipe and she was really lucky to be alive had we not had her at the

i always say BONJOUR when i answer mine -- loads of people just hang up Lol we once let a guy come out who kept phoning offering a consevatory to a top floor flat my mate stayed there the guy was majorly annoyed had he let us explain why we didnt want a fooking consevatory then he wouldnt have wasted his time.
