you would have to be mad to run your dogs on quarry in these conditions, have heard people are though ? Heres a few pics of walk out at week end the shepard makes me laugh look at last pic dont know why he does that with his tounge my be hes consentrating ?

They say you always lose the best ones well this dog was just that, i lost him four weeks ago whilst he was chasing a rabbit. He struck just before the rabbit hit cover what he didnt realise was there was a tree stump at the other side, luckily (if there can be such a thing in these situations )it was instant and wouldn't have known anything. He was just coming into his prime, only 3 years and 6 months of age. I still cant belive hes not here anymore and am truely gutted. I got a pup 5 months previous to take the work load of him, the pups now only 7 months old so still no were near ready

Just recently my lurcher has become aggresive towards other dogs hes fine when we go out hunting with the smallest of terriers and other luchers but ,when i exercie him with my other two dogs on the feild in front of my house he has attacked two dogs for no apparent resone he is three and half years of age and has never shown aggresion like it before .I only use him for for rabbits both with ferrets and on the lamp he does listen to me and can be called of a fleaing rabbit with in reason although he didnt listen to me when he set of after these dogs although he was good disstance away, just be

DOGS for me they dont burn the grass when you let them lay out in the summer,i dont belive they differ in loyalty from my experince thats just the way the dog or bitch is and the way its been brought on just my opinion

Not being funny bud, but its folk like you that are the reason we CANT do anything. Make the effort and chap some doors, you cant spit the dummy out the pram for getting hassle for being somewhere you shouldnt. Common sense prevails. Just my opinion though. FTB fair point mate, but if you dont get out there and do it you end up been an internet hunter like some on here................ put the effort in to drive up to your permission then you wont get the hassel from arse holes with nothing better to do

nice dog looks similar to my collie cross the spit aint it lol how old is yours mate and what she/he stand? and what she/he like on rabbits if you dont mind me asking? thanks minzy He is very good on rabbits its all i use him for very good ferreting dog also good on the lamp has been a pleasure to train he was switched on from a young age.He came from some one whos job was pest control dont think i would find another one like him in a hurry was thinking of putting him across a whippet or whippet cross next season he will be 4 years of age then and would be nice to bring a pup on wit

nice looking dog that mate dont blame you giving him a trim much better in warmer weather my pups mum had similar coat to that it was a dog called snowy this is the pup he has a coat but not like his mothers even so he gets to warm even in this weather so he likes to cool down in the water

each to there own i supose better it be younger than 5months because you dont look a tit running around the feild sould be well under control by 5months ask anybody who really puts time into training there dogs most of the lab cocker lads wouldnt let time take its coures to how the dogs going to turn out they wouldnt leave it till 5 mounths to start basic training it works for me like i said each person is different as is each dog and all need different methods to bring them on
