I FOUND THESE AGES AGO, JUST STUMBLED ON THE PRINTOUTS AGAIN AND SCANNED THEM. POPOWSKI'S CROW TRAP NEVER MADE THE CROW TRAP BUT HAVE SEEN SOMETHING SIMULAR AT WORK. AND A BOX TRAP WHICH SEEMS TO WORK VERY WELL. I MADE THIS BOXTRAP YEARS AGO WITH A FEW TWEAKS. I REPLACED WOODEN BACK WITH MESH.(THEN GOT SQUIRRELS IN IT TOO) THE HOLES DRILLED IN TOP I MADE JUST A FRACTION BIGGER THAN THE TRIGGER DOWEL DIA, THEN FULLY COUNTERSUNK. THIS GAVE THE FULCRUM A BETTER SEAT AS ITS END WAS TRIMMED AT A SIMULAR ANGLE,AND THE TRIGGER WORKED A LOT BETTER. ALSO DROPS THE DOOR F

I'm thinking weld mesh would be his best bet for it's rigidity. Use a sturdy bench, couple of G clamps and a bit of 4x2 to form it. A set of heafty side cutters or small bolt croppers for cutting if more than 16ga. easiest would be got to nearest sheetmetal/fabricators there's always a few nearby. >>>>>

The only times I've despatched any ferret or dog was because it would no longer be able to enjoy the quality of life it was used to because of what ailed it. I will not see any of mine suffer. I've had many of both unable to work well anymore but happy in thier retirement for years. Unfortunatley thier life span is a lot shorter than ours.and we have to deal with it. I would never keep an animal alive for my sake, (Which many so called animal lovers do) Seeing an aged dog in a wheeled harness because it's @rse end has given up IS cruelty to the animal. They do thier best for you.you shou

P.S. I got this in an email the other day. Not sure when this happened but do know it's true. The Whole world Needs A Leader Like This! Prime Minister Kevin Rudd - Australia Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia , as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks.. Separately, Rudd angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques. Quote: 'IMMIGRANTS, NOT AUSTRALIANS, MUST ADAPT. Take It Or Leav

I live close to luton... Drive thru occasionaly when I have too. Sometimes to play spot the white man. You gotta bear in mind that some years ago this is the place the muslims had the bingo hall closed down.... (can anyone guess why??). As to the protesters two of them work at Luton Airport but are now suspended (heard this on local radio). Not sure what jobs they have/had. Union doing nothing about it!!!. Hair needed for CSI grey squirrel
Meriln2008 replied to squirrelsoilder's topic in Snaring, Trapping & Pest Control
Grey squirrels can change colour slightly depending on the time of year. Their tails tend to turn a reddish brown and sometimes people even confuse them with red squirrels. Are they brown all year round? The DNA test will tell me if they are different to the average grey. It could be a slight mutation, like some grey squirrels can be white in the states. The fresher the better, but hair samples have been shown to work even from museum specimens so they should be ok, I'll pm my details These squirrels are dark brown all year round. Missus thinks she can find info,I'll post it later.s -
