I love benidorm, there's more to it than the English strip. It's about 3 miles long, plenty of nice restaurants and bars, gun shops and knock of clothes shops. Not been for years but it's an option, every 11 year old should see sticky Vicki pull flowers out her chuff

Anyone been to Krakow in Poland? Planned on taking the nipper to London....£175 for trains.....250-300 for half decent hotel in the centre....300 spending money. It's occurred to me we could go anywhere for that money. Just done a random last minute go anywhere search and Krakow is cheap. Plus I could let him shoot a machine gun! Has anyone ever been? I don't want somewhere that's going to be stressful with the young lad. It's got to be easy going and not hard to navigate. I'm going to try . I know that's getting a bit tired as well.... The difficulties and expense of getting there. Im wanting to take my lad down to London for a bit of an adventure but it's hard work driving and trains are daft expensive. I'm considering going to the protest and tying it in with a couple of days there but for the cost of trains and hotel I could take the nipper to Spain for the weekend to see a bullfight or have a few days in Ireland coursing

Local chippy has just started cooking in beef dripping, said chippys couldn't buy it after mad cow disease. He's just found a supplier from a rendering plant in southern Ireland. He says he's lost all his vegetarian customers and all his Hindu customers....but people are now travelling from all-over as word spreads. He's big on healthy eating and when you talk to him he goes off on one about the dangers of seed oils and the health benefits of proper fish and chips. Reckons he's one of the only shops in England using 100% beef dripping
