What sort of spaniels have you got mate you can't beat a good spaniel mine is the tiniest springer spaniel i have ever owned same size as a cocker but a pure bred ESS, she only 2 but she the bussiness she got cracking nose and retrieve well, my dad has got a cocker bitch old girl now.

I whip in with good friend of mine Bridgnorth based but go where ever needed it my first real season as a full whip in, really enjoying it been out few days this year mainly cub calls and release pens and stuff the whether to hot though not much scent for the hounds and to much field crops for charlie.

i couldn't put the dig deep throw well back book down either read it in few days too it took me ages to get it was after it for ages it was sold out everywhere then by chance i found it at terrier and lurcher and hound show in wales it was the last one left, it got loads of cracking pictures and great stories. David Harcombe does some cracking books to i got most his books the 'World of the Working terrier' is a good read. I gonna buy that new book the 'Middleton Strain' has any one else read it and is it worth getting.

Hello everyone i really glad i found this site it is amazing and covers all my hunting passions, My name is Paul but me nickname is wingnut i am 20 years old and live in shropshire i absolutley love all sorts of hunting and i am out with the hounds whipping in and working terriers i currently have one patterdale bitch and pat/lakie dog just increasing there work load underground going smoothly. i also do lots of shooting and lamping and fly fishing and ferreting but my real love is with the working terriers i have been out with lots of great mates doing fox control with terriers showing m
