  3. Well im a bit gutted to have to do this but it has to be done. Im selling my Air Arms S200 .22. The gun was bought from Savage Island in Glasgow on 03/04/10, i still have receipt The reason for sale is to fund the purchase of an S400 or possibly S410 in .177 The gun comes with the standard AA silencer which was bought about 3 weeks after i bought the gun. Its in very good condition, only a few slight scratches. Price dropped to 270 for gun and silencer, and i'll throw in a tin of Superdomes, which work great in the rifle. Pick up only please. I want whoever buys it to shoot
  4. Cheers for the reply phantom. Ill go and check my scope, then clean the barrel and put 40 FX's thru and then clean it and put 40 Accupells thru and so on, and see how i get on.
  5. The other day i stopped in at a gun shop to get some pellets to try in the TX200. The shop i went to wasnt my usual, and i do think it is quite an expensive shop, but went in as i was passing. I bought a box of FX and a box of Accupells. The FX seemed to work very well in the TX, but it came at a price, and that price was 11.95!! (i bought a tin of .22 FX, a tin of .22 Accupells, and a tin of .177 Superdomes and it came to over £28!!) So im wanting to know, does anyone know of anywhere that sells FX pellets cheaper, or is that just how much the are generally?? Also, i was shooting tar

  12. Well ive seen a few posts on here about people restoring up old guns and putting pics up of their progress from start to finish. I have an old Webley Xocet .22 in the house thats seen much better days. I say old, its probably around 7 or 8 years old, but me, being a tit, never looked after it and after it sitting in a cupboard for years after i gave up airgunning years ago, its a right old mess. The barrel is rusty, the pellet loading port seems blocked with god knows what, wether it can be unblocked i dont know, but its worth a try. The stocks seen better days also. I wish i had looke
  13. Your not the only one who came home empty handed. I went out for an hour and 15 mins, could tell it was going to be 'one of they nights', so decided to go home early and put some practice in with the TX200
  14. Nice write up Shay, have an SP. Thats a very nice set up you have there, the guns a cracker!! Im off out soon for a few hours so hopefully i dont come home empty handed!! John
  15. great result mate, roll on tomorrow!!
  16. I check them in my garden before every time i go out. Only takes 5 mins and reduces the chances of wounding or missing. I carry a few laminated targets to stick onto trees in my pocket incase i forget, or think i may have knocked it off zero while hunting
  17. Thanks lads Right im needing some help/opinions. Since im working with only one scope justnow, im after another. Ive read some scopes can be funny with springers due to recoil, im guessing this just applies to cheap scopes. Can people give me some suggestions, maybe some scopes you use on your own springers or just good scopes you can suggest I think i will have £70 tops, ideally including mounts but if not then i'll deal with it. Ive been looking at this http://www.swillingtonshootingsupplies.co.uk/store/product/5868/Hawke-Map-Pro-3-9x50/ Any help appreciated Cheers
  18. Good shooting Shay, as always. Specially on the maggy, always a nightmare to get close enough to, SPA
