This is a 3/4 gun cabinet, however there is an internal wooden rack fitted for three spaces, although I have stored 4 shotguns in without any problems. Dimensions are: Height 1345mm, Width 205mm, Depth 220mm The cabinet complies with all police regulations and is in good condition with minor scratches. The cabinet is fitted with double locks and comes with spare keys as well as fitted with internal racking and carpet. There are fixing holes in both the rear and floor of the cabinet. Latest update after some serious digging today, the motor is a bosch and from a VW, however I haven't managed to confirm the direct motor serial number, because the three numbers I found on the motor were either scraped or didn't return anything from the search. However from looking for VW bosch motors with the same output pins that I have on mine ( 31, 31b, 53, 53a & 53b) I have returned a few of the same wiring diagram, now its just making sense of it. It says that the pins do the following jobs: Battery 31 - Return line to battery - battery terminal or ground, direct 31b - Retu

Yeah I realise I'll probably need to see the diagram as I can get the motor to work with four different configurations, the question I am trying to ask is which is the correct one though, like say for one wire is earth, do I use this or not and which other wire would I be looking to use it with, the slow setting, the fast setting, this is where I am unsure? Cheers

Hi all, wondering if I can tap into any knowledge that you may have on wiring a homemade pigeon magnet correctly. I built a few magnets and the magnet in question keeps blowing fuses on my speed controller. However more frustrating than that it has now blown two speed controllers all together. It is what I would think a standard windscreen wiper motor, its either an astra mark 4 or another that I can't remember (massive scrappies, maybe a focus). It has 5 wires coming out of it; yellow, brown, green, white and a black/purple wire with two wires that run into the bottom of the motor (relay

Your right its been a disgrace! Now I am in no way turning around and saying they aint welcome, but when the boys come from the south, and of course this doesn't apply to every shooter, their attitude and disregard for the locals is a disgrace. I'm hearing more and more stories about encounters with the locals that a few years ago would have been a bit of craic, now after a few annual trips these boys are taking the michael! I've had three different encounters now that were easily avoidable where these boys think they have the right to try and squeeze us out cause they've travelled for their s

scotland on saturday for a week on the geese!!!!!!!!!
kyle304 replied to trentotter's topic in Wildfowling
Yes there is plenty geese in according to my sources haha. Heading up that way myself on Monday for a week, so heres hoping for some good sport. Just hope I don't meet any of the foreign clowns I met last year that were attempting to take the geese at ridiculous heights and then preaching to me that we had scared them off when they went inland to feed :s. Not convinced the weather is wild enough yet for proper good sport though, however we shall see. All the best. -
Is the gun right or left handed? How old is the gun, had much through it? Cheers

appointment with a certain fox
kyle304 replied to quicksilver's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
Brilliant picutre from the camera, big fox by looks of things aswell. So you attempting the early rise then? -
Good sport had by all by the looks of things. From the video theres plenty of roe to be getting at isn't there, even better when the chance of a shot is being offered to so many people, bet you nobody feels they were left short changed. Pitty your man at the end missed the chance at the trebble, the excitement of the previous two had got to him it seems lol. Some big does there aswell, and looks like you did the one with the over grown hooves a big favour, happy hunting.

Good write up, and good effort before your work. Qucik question- your roe carrier/strap in the pic, is it homemade job or have you bought that, looks the business and would save mucking about with ropes?

Recently I have became more and more interested in the knowledge behind wildfowling. I have to admit I see myself as a bit of a do'er as opposed to read up on it then apply the knowledge, so although I have been shooting geese for a few seasons now I still struggle sometimes to understand the logic behind the movements off geese in relation to the lunar cycle and the tidal movements and also wind. I have found obvious patterns with their movements through experience and knowledge from my family and shooting friends and applied them quite well, so I'm far from stupid and naive when it comes to

First Deer of 2011 and first with John Robbo
kyle304 replied to Groach's topic in Deer Stalking & Management
Good stalking. Not a nice feeling when you think you've injured the deer but can't find it. good practice that you had the dog with your stalk, and in the end a good result! Nice big doe aswell by the looks off things. Always nice to see plenty of deer on the ground aswell, happy hunting. -
out of interest noel, what did you use to fill the gap behind the front two seats?
-
Nope they definately have two gear sticks, a small one just behind the main gearstick, maybe too small to see from the pics. Good machines, I bought one cheep a year and a half ago, couple of hundred quid just for kicking around the farm in, sills are already to far gone to repair but honestly the thing would go most places, when you go back in the pickup (nissan navara) its like not having 4 wheel drive compared with the fourtrack, the short wheel base and even weight pulls it through. our one has also cracked on the chasis where it rises diagonally up at the rear, but im pretty sure its beca
