    why dont you get a beddy whippet x collie grey. ive got one and she a good dog. she only 21 n half to shoulder but mint on lamped rabbits and hares. game for fox and deer too. she 19 month and never been lame yet, good coat, thick skin and good feet. retrieves and picked up the lamp straight away. i did spend a lot of time with her and this is the main thing what ever cross you choose.

    after i got my clulite the battery started to pack in after a couple of months, just been out there with my mate and he has used his 7 times and it wont hold any charge. thats two night cuts short because of batteries.

    had the same proplem when my dog was about 13 month. she now 19 month and doesnt miss many on the lamp. the more practice the better.

    just been lamping up the dales, rabbits every where, got 11 in half and hour then the lamp broke. must be with it been left alone for long with the snow, the same spot was shy before the snow.

    sit and hide with your dog [bANNED TEXT] it comes back slip it if the neighbours see, your dog was in its garden and it must have cought the fox nothing can be done about that deffinitly would do that, wish i had some in my garden

    just got back, first lamp for over a month, 6 rabbits and shot and retrieved two hares with my 19 month beddy whippet x collie grey.

    my dog did this at first but very rare now, and if she doesnt see it she will not leave where the end of beam lights up the grass untill shes found it.

    l agree yea cant go wrong with this if yea want a small lucher . Fast,good coat, and game so l would go for this breed if l was you any thing with greyhound in it will but alot off height into your lucher so if your looking something small stick till a whippet cross. What a load of bollocks!! i have a beddy/grey x collie/grey standing at 21"! iceman you were more or less asking the question in november(bushing dog)... this is what i meant about people giving advice which is incorrect. let people help who have r=tryed and tasted there pherorys..... i have a beddy
