Yes mate it can mate if you just keep holding it in the one position. But I grind down the middle of the nails first and then at each side of the nails basically just on each nail for a few seconds, much easier and better than using nail clippers especially on black nails like my bitch

I Personally don't cut into the nail bed mate hear of people who do though. I use a small pet grinder and frequently takes 5 minutes only grinding back the hook what you can take off in 5 minutes would take weeks on the road, pretty easy to judge what your taking off and if people aren't confident the dog will start to pull back when getting to close to the quicks. if dogs nails are long take a bit off wait a week or two let the quick move back and then take a little off again and repeat until at the desired length. Like anything else best to start doing it as a pup so there used to the no

All dogs feet are different some no matter how much road work you put in will never come down much , some dogs nails just grow like weeds with a good diet , I bet if you took your couch surfer outside on the road right now you can hear it nails on the road . so your saying you can only let a saluki bred dog off lead one at a time ?? does cutting the nails back proper short not reduce the size of nail bed ? im sure mp would give you a dog one of his ones that didn't make the grade or one of his retired ones you'd be able to give it what it needs

Aye lets them dig when they slam the breaks on at cover lol

Nonsense lol

In my opinion keeping the nails short is more important soon as you can hear them making a noise whilst road walking they should be getting chopped back a bit seen far more injuries from nails not been cut properly on a regular basis than feet not getting washed (obviously alround care is more beneficial) ... seen many washing there dogs feet and the nails are like tallons.

I've heard the stories and what not ( not as if the doggy men don't like to spin a tale or two is it ? true or false I always take anyone's word in the dog game with a pinch of salt ) as I said don't know the man personally just take people of face value his dogs are always in top nick and stop hares so can't fault him on that front. good and bad in every breed I wouldn't crab any breed unless I laid my own eyes on it, the majority of the time it's the owners that can't bring a dog on properly and get the best out of it the man that titles himself sir has jumped on the
