  1. I would say probably not but the box looks well ventilated.A few more detailed pictures would not go a miss. My reservation with it, is the strap attachment. The plastic clips are all well and good but offer no stability or balance when picking up the box with ferrets in. I do like the look though. Again to the OP. how is the now back attached ? And is the box sealed? Plastic doesnt sweat but you do get condensation caused by the body heat and breathing of the occupants. These boxes are well ventilated and there is a drain hole in the bottom of each compartmant. The backs are stapled using

  3. If the build quality, Finnish and quality of materials is to a good standard, why shouldn't a man value his time. Unless your rolling boxes out on a production line there is very little money left in them for a bespoke box maker. IMO but it is a buyers market. Atb fair enough still wouldnt pay it its just a ferret box the one i have paid £22 for it and use it every other day in season and ive had 3 years out it so far and should have a good few more out it does look a hard wearing box and what about in the rain with the lids good point about the lids. this was a specific

  5. I would say no she's not stubborn she is still too heavy. A bird can weigh the same weight in 3 different ways. She could be 2-10 going up in weight (not Keen), 2-10 coming down in weight (very keen(possibly aggressive) or 2-10 steady (kenn responsive and obedient). I would say if she was loose at 2-8 then keep her at that until she has had a few kills and put her weight up slowly.

  19. Thanks steve, Got a hundred rounds on the way home and zeroed the sights. cracking gun. Had a visit from the plod whilst we were out. The neighbouring farmer reported us (there is a bit of a dispute going on between him and my landowner). They were cool with what we were doing, as we weren't on his land and went and had a word with him for wasting their time......which was nice. thanks again malc.

  21. Hi All, Bought this little fella 9 days ago. He flies at 1-91/2oz and is quiet, and very obedient. Flew him loose for the first time last wed and had a moorhen (I ended up waist deep in water!!) and a rabbit with him at the weekend. I've not flown a gos for 4 years, since I lost my 14 year old female, and now know what I have been missing. I can't wait to get him on partridge a nd pheasant.
