  1. i agree with the good at towing...i used to pull the quad all the time and often a half dozen bags of firewood and it done realy well with it.. i miss my ranger now
  2. i was waiting for it to turn to smut lol why is it socially acceptable to have some birds piss flaps in your mouth and not a bit of crow
  3. i used to pluck and sell all the pigeons i shot to a few pubs for £1.50 each.....one day i decided to pluck a big old crow...laid out with the pigeos you would be hard pressed to spot it....and the landlord didnt eather if i was that way inclined i would have no bother with cutting the breasts off and feeding to dogs raw or cooked
  4. i know a diffrent much easyier way but i dont know how to even begin describing it!
  5. they have a mazda bongo engin in them and they are very well know for head gasket problems to have a good look round that for indications its been off before...also the usual ford rust issues rear cross members ect... i had one for a year a 04 xlt model and it was a good truck but the head gasket went and warped the head... fuel wise their a bit thirsty not good on country roads and round town...not too bad on a run thou and pretty good off road too

  7. right....its very easy to make a fenn work with out a brass catch hook thingy! a hacksaw and pliers and 5 mins is all it takes.....
  8. i want to follow either the otter that used to raid my ponds....where did the bugger come in...where did he go for the 2-3 weeks between visits...was it the same one i would see asleep in the reeds at green lonnin? was he the same on i seen twice in glen artny over the hill from us? or a pine martin again on the estate

  10. Hello Micky, do you use the Jubys much? I have some and like you said they are somewhat of a weight to transport around. I find the Imbras a better trap. i struggle to set imbras these days because of problems with my hands i like the juby because you set them with your foot, weight is not a problem as i just chuck them in a wheelbarrow and set off you should probly sell them to me then
  11. ive got a hound hear, not a beagle..but feck she will find a scent if its their and will speak on a cold line it can be a epic pain in the arse and she can be wild as feck! but some times its what you need
  12. a LOT f other dog workers do it and its perfectly normal...sheep dogs..gun dogs... IMO the reason no one sends a running dog away is every ones a fecking expert!

  14. conflagrations!!! youve manged to do some thing that have never been done in 24 years...this 16 stone eating machine is well and truely put off a meal...if you can call it that ffs!
  15. i used to put a back up trap or two in aswell but then o worked out that i was just wasting trap hours.. i will put 2 in in breeding time and on 2 day sets a lot of the second traps will catch...but its very very rare for me to miss with a talpex type..and if i do 9 out of ten times its caught a stone and not closed up properly...or a sheep has sprung it
  16. ive just got in from pulling traps....in 40mph winds and lashing rain! 22 moles from 30 traps and not a single trap sprung and missed....i personally couldent do that with any other trap...and ime not useing genuine talpex eather..ime useing a copy thats the same price i have a few talpex and their is very very little diffrence in them
  17. i had a night with a charming young lady i met in a pub...next day i went to the doctors you know get checked out like i said "whilst ime hear" do you have a donation card application form? he says " ohh lad i dont think any one will want that"
