  1. I know people have said they Lurcher X Lurcher, does anyone know any of what's in them or just a Heinz 57 bit of everything? Interesting to know
  2. Some great photos and stories on here, at the time I started this thread, there was a litter of pups with minshaw lines in them, which I was thinking about buying one. I never did in the end. Looks like some of you lads have put some stuff away with them over the years, looking at some of the pics they a good size n nice long back on them.
  3. Yeh fingers crossed. She's not doing too badly. Had a few daytime catches, got a good nose and prey drive through the roof. She's only seen the lamp 4-5 times but had some nice little catches... Any hares were shot with my daystste X2 and pup just retrieved them for a bit of practice. The light reflection off the head blinding

  7. Any one have any litters planned for this year, I'm a lurcher man but getting into terriers and am after a Russell. My mates keep black ens, so finding it hard to get a good working Russell. And good pics and stoies, could read threads like this all day.

  10. My uncle bought a lure machine a couple years ago for the purpose of teaching a hopefull lamper etc to chase... I've always doubled a dog up at first to try m get the penny to drop (despite the old tale of they could collide n break there neck). Does the lure actually show a possible future working dog 'the way'.? Genuine question, as I'm always up for different tried n tested ways to mull over n see if there for me?

  14. Me and my mate bought a dog each off a lad in Llandudno about 13 years ago if not more, bella and Meg! What a pair. Bells was collie grey Meg was a small saluki cross. Anyway o lost his number a couple of years back now as we kept in touch still. Wondering if any lads no him, his name is Mark, think he has a lad called Simon only a youngish lad. Used to live near a golf course at the time. Wanted to get in touch again. If any lads/lady's on here no him etc get in touch please. Thanks

  19. Ive only had experience with border collie xs, found them very clever and loyal, one man dog etc that's why I like them that's why some don't lol can be quite sensitive f#ckers at times. How does the bearded fair up in comparison? Any difference in temperament
