    There's an advert in the countrymans for 'genuine Smithfield lurchers'. Does anyone own/work one if so how do they hold up? Also what are they made up of? And does anyone know how much he charges?! As some of you may have seen I'm looking to get a pup, I've one in mind but nothing is concrete so I'm still looking. Thanks

    That's my old bitch, had to be put down to cancer last year at 13. Had her 11.5 yrs . Was bang on day and night both fox and rabbits.

    My old bitch was as timid as you like, would only ever come to me , around other people shed scrat to get away from them etc, real timid. But in the field different bitch all together , she liked Charlie's also she take em by the scruff and hold em Til I got there. She never could finish them though but that didn't bither me. She was a collie grey, seen a few that are quite timid tbf over the years

    I used to use old duvet covers etc [BANNED TEXT] I had a dog but [BANNED TEXT] I get a pup I'm going to try straw or paper, few lads I know use it and say it's cleaner than blankets
