  6. You would think that they must be green rabbits to get that many, you hear of some pickin the squatters only and still bagging loads. It's good going FairPlay, the rabbits by me are on motor bikes lol I would love abit of sport like that though

  9. Tbh I have never done a great deal in the day, mainly lamping. But I'm going to try and get out abit more in the day with this pup when it's older. What's you lots thoughts on entering a pup? I've always got them chasing on the lamp first, because that's all I really do. Some say entering in the day time can make them 'hunt up' on the lamp?! I personally can't comment as I've never done it that way. Cheers
  10. Ye it's light out still, it's boring at nights atm not having a lurcher to take off. Can't wait for next season to hurry up and come.
  11. Some good wind and light rain forecast here in telford over the next few days. To me that's ideal lamping weather. Although its light still, what do you lot think ideal lamping weather is? I know some lads who prefer it dry, me personally have had some of the best outings with light drizzle.

  16. i don't really know mate tbh lol I was dead set on a straight collie grey, nice and simple .. But then I got offered this one and I had a think about it and decided to go with it, why not! And no I definitley didn't want a bull x, not so much the size of them it was more that I just don't seem to get on with them! I love a lurcher to retrieve shot foxes.. aswell as catch rabbits so thought this would be ideal, also I've heard good things of this type of cross so I'll just have to wait and see how she turns out. I'm going to have to dig out a couple of old books now, I always like a book to r
