  2. cheers hi i used to make rabbit carriers with a bit of spring steel rod about 18 inches long and 4 or 5 mil diameter put the rod in a vice bend it round twice like a saftey pin ( wrap it round a broom stale to keep shape ) then just sharpen one end to a point and then bend the other end over so you can clip the pointed end in, make two of them get a bit of old seat belt sew one each end and thats it ! push the pointed end through the hock of the rabbit job done i know it sounds complicated but if you keep the principle of a safety pin in mind then it's easy far better than a ruck sack
  3. Ci will tell ya the result first rather than leave you in susspence. SCOUSER was the winner by 14 rabbits to langleys 12. now the night its self, TERRIBLE , the weather was very poor, with a lot of low lieing mist , and as we climed out of the bottoms up the dale, it tuned to fog. at this point i said to the boys lets move to another farm, we have right in the bottoms, so a 5 min drive and where there. wel no fog here , a little bit misty but manageble. not a breath of wind, and the air hung with that very damp atmosphere. to say the rabbits were thin on the ground tonight is an u
  4. did the garden that borders my permision today , this is the same spot me and breeze did erlier this year. thankfully the big lumps covered in bramble have been removed, so the rabbits were moved in to slightly easier holes. we did a few little open warrens first that produced 4 , then we did under a container , that got another 3 , then under a hedge that produced another 2 pluss a rat that Tara nailed. then up to a bit of a nettle bed with a couple of little warrens that produced 11 . we then did some above ground work with the ferts. whipped the longnet round some felled trees and

  18. yes mate gor for it, its very comfy and seems strong , mind you i only walked 3 fields with it with 4 rabbits , so its early days. but to my mind it looks as strong as the rest of your stuff. it could do with being a bit shorter . im asuming you made a jig or kept messurements. make the shoulder pad a little shorter 2-3 ins , and then do the same with each strap. now although i have said that , you can put it across the width of your shoulders , with rabbits hanging over both shouders front and back, if ya get me drift . oh feck it i will take a pick of what i mean
