    right , i hope somone with more experiance in such matters can help. now i know how to use the old method with hazel , and i know the pre set basket method with fiberglass and grommets. but i notice on some pics on this longnetting section people using hazel with preset basket systems. so i have few questions , as im about to set a couple of netts the same. 1. how do you attach them. 2. do you use rubber bands , aka glenn waters style. 3. could you use grommets , of course provided all the hazel is simmilar thikness 4.or do you use a clove hitch. 5. if you
  13. late summer i use the mountin bike, and the truck , Tara runs alongside or up front, Visa lags behind about 30 metre, still using both methods now. i also do a fair bit of daytime running on those daytime rabbits that sit right out , ran 2 yesterday , ran 3 the day befor. they catch some but they miss more also been out ferreting twice last week, not doing enough lamping as the weather is still wank.   15. have you thought about using snares, on a beam between two trees, peg and gun showed me this method. i havent used it yet , but am about to on a new contract thats just come in. i have to say when peg showed me on film it was deadly. and cos its just snares its cheap

    no wich way your sets face. ie north, soth, west, east or in between two. then do your drops acordingly . OS maps are handy for this.
