  10. Tomo, the moon was almost FULL, no cloud, no wind, and there were lamps on the permission in front of us, and a Trasnsit van driving the fields and lamping, so hardly good condititions !! I had drove 140 mile and stayed over, so it wasn't a case of not trying !! You didn't enter this years comp because of family commitments, Bolt and myself had to run on this date because of OUR family commitments; he had just got back from NZ , and my family is off to Oz for 4 month next week, so this was the only date we could arrange. We enjoyed ourselves, so why should it worry anyone else ????? my

a few nice roe when it was legal then would be well worth it. I have a good deer dog here and would consider that if it was legal of course. so why would someone want big numbers of foxes though if its not for pest control. honest question again i dont hunt fox at all, but let me answer this its all about numbers, most lurcher hunting is. all the boys from south yorkshire that are in to the saburu thing are not going to go out all night for just 1 fox are they, cours there not, they want a full night at it , and get as many as they can get them on, to test there dogs. back to

your refering to foxing, largest rabbit bags have always come from walking personly i do both, depends on the land. and the weather coditions, i will say this though, on a poor night conditions wise you will get more in the motor.
  16. big jars from ikea got some myself, also done a strawberry gin, and a damsen gin. loads of sloes this year. got a load of empty bottles ready, we have already had a frost hear wed night just gone
  17. 3 rabbits , you boys in this comp have got to get on some decant land, yes i know the meeting up with new chaps is all part of it, but fecking ell, not a single heat in double figures when me and LDR talked about the rules, evry one had to own a car so there was none of the bollox like last year with WH and crew. by having a car and being on permision, you can lamp from 7.30 pm onwards. so work aint an isseu, the point is you should be able to run a heat with a day or two's notice. not need to book it weeks in advance. the moon is now 3/4 down , so you can now lamp righ
