Had to look it up...cos I never gave the village a second thought growing up....the village is named after the Africans word for little hill to spy off.....the reason being a local guy was a high ranking officer out there ....so they named the place in his honour

Went to skeggy a month or so back...yeh don't ask ..lol....a quick walk up the beach and I found a shark egg...one of them black things with the bits on each corner....shouted the Mrs and kids over....they didn't believe me that it was a shark egg....had to Google it on me phone to prove it....after that they were searching every bit of seaweed looking for them..

You know you say it's not round and thats correct....but there's only about 60 kilometres difference between the equatorial circumference and the pole circumference....I think it makes it very difficult to see on an object the size of the earth

I've done alot of work in London and it's shocking....as is Birmingham absolute shit holes in lots of places.....sadly whilst driving down some streets you can imagine it how it was....the architecture is still there in what was once beautiful victorian houses....yet now they are f***ing dumps... Just last week in Brum whilst working on a place in Smethick....I watched a group of kids come by from the local school must of been 60 kids 6..7 year old escorted by a few teachers.....genuinely there were two white kids in all that

My wife's got friends who live round the corner from where it took off....everyone was out locally watching and filming it on there cameras....so it definitely went up
