    My Jill gave birth last night, when I checked this evening there was only two very large dead kits. I'm totally gutted, we were extremely careful not to disturb her and looked after her perfectly during her pregnancy. All I can think is she either had more and ate all but two or she had two really large kits which have perished for some reason. I'd say they were 2.5" long maybe slightly more which seems big? Anyway at least my Jill is ok, that is the main thing. Totally gutted!

    Thanks for all the replies. Maybe a smock is not the sort of thing I need then as ferreting and lamping require a lot of moving and it sounds like I'd be drowning in my own sweat by the end of a session.

    Anybody own a Ridgeline Monsoon or Pintail smock? If so, are they any good? I thought I may buy one for ferreting/lamping.

    Just an update... i have cleaned the barrel will a bore snake and re-zeroed with H&N FTT 4.5's and the rilfe is not shooting perfectly at 25yards. Thanks for all your advice, very helpful!

    Last time I was there it was Malton show. Maybe they have rolled Ryedale Game and Country Fair and the Pickering Game Fair into one, there are all the same anyway really

    Hi All, As you may see from my previous post I recently got an HW95k for my sons birthday. We initially got it zeroed at 30yrds with some not too bad groups and have taken a few rabbits with it over the last week or two. However recently we had been missing some shots which were easy (and not just down to being poor shots!) and therefore decided to check the zero. When re-checking the zero we discovered it was off so we spent about an hour trying to zero it again. Eventually we got somewhere close but in general we notice the groups are not particularly tight at all ( maybe 2 1/2 inch)

    Jeyes fluid and 'Clean N Safe' disinfectant spray from the petshop. Also I line the toliet area with old plastic dog food sack material which is easier to clean as you can just lift it out and chuck it away

    They are a great gun, but they are not without their problems. We bought two of them, a few years apart. The springs on both had been cut by a chimp with a disc cutter, the spring ends were gouging the gun internals and putting swarf in the grease which was then chewing the seals up. Not good from a supposed top quality gun. Fixed by fitting a tuning kit, but when you spend a few hundred on a gun you do not expect to be sorting out the manufacturers problems! If it buzzes like a bee in a tinfoil factory when you fire, the spring is crap! No buzzing as yet, but we'll keep an ear out

    Just an update for you all, I bought the HW95k and my little lad loves it. We spent a couple of evenings shooting targets and last night he shot his first rabbit at about 40yards! Hopefully that shot will seal his interest for years to come. Thanks again for all the sound advice

    I've got a litter on the way due end of May so ready to go August time. Same as Tomo...I will be gifting them to GOOD working homes, I'd rather know they have gone to someone who will look after them than have cash for them. I'm in North Yorkshire.     Hi All, I have done a fair bit of reading on the subject but I'm curious as to what people feel is the best diet for a pregnant Jill? I see a lot of references suggesting liver as well as bonemeal being supplemented during the gestation period? Anyone else heard of this? Cheers
